This is handmade. The black and white wool blanket has a few tiny moth holes in it. I’m not sure of the name brand or tag, as I don’t want to take it apart to find out. Yellow fabric (sheet?) has a few small dirty marks. Keep it together or take it apart :). Beautiful coloring. Please see photos.
