This vintage Welsh Wool Blanket by Freda Williams Trefriw from North Wales is a multicoloured, reversible tapestry design that adds a touch of traditional craftsmanship to any room. Handmade from 100% wool, this large rectangular blanket measures 230cm in length and 175cm in width, making it perfect for all seasons. The intricate weaving and unique design make it a stylish and practical addition to any bedding or home decor collection. We tok the blanket to Trefriw woolen mill on June 9th where it was actually examined by Freda's daughter who still manages the only surviving mill in north Wales. The pattern is Liquorice Allsort and the design, unsurprisingly is 'F'. Believed produced in the 50's the blanket is still in excellent condition.
