A beautifully soft vintage tartan throw, believed to be a mohair blend, with a wonderfully fluffy finish and classic red, navy and green plaid design. This blanket belonged to my family and has been well cared for over the years. It has a lovely cosy feel and would look equally at home draped over a sofa, armchair or bed, or used as a traditional travel rug or picnic blanket. As expected with a vintage textile, there is some gentle age-related wear and a few loose fibres around the edges, which only add to its character.
