For it's age this is in great condition for a blanket that's over 50 years old ! There are some pulls on the blanket here and there nothing too major though . I have shown them in the photos . They could easily be snipped off or pushed back through if you're only wanting to use one side. I don't know the material . Measurements 84.5 inch X 80 inch I've shown this on my king sized bed .
