This is a Harrods vintage carriage blanket. Designed to go over your knees while sitting on a horse driving carriage. There is a pocket on the front for keeping hands warm or keeping items near to hand. It has dark brown faux fur on top with a lighter brown soft fleece like fabric underneath. There is a few missing fur patches and it comes as found. It has a Harrods Ltd London label which dates back to 1930s/1940s, but no other fabric labels. It is 44 inches x 47 inches and has a pocket on the top in the middle.
