I used this on 3 newly born Thoroughbred foals (I didn't use the leg straps) and fit them all fine from the smaller to the larger. It's the best I've ever had and in excellent condition. This is perfect for foals and Mini's. Due to its tight weave, it is water resistant. Not for full rainy day turnout.
