I don't know much about the provenance of this blanket, other than it's been in my family since the 1930's. My uncle was a chauffeur in San Francisco during this time and used it in his vehicle. From the little research I've done, I'm assuming it's of the horsehair/mohair style because it so closely resembles many others marked as such. There are no labels.
